My fiancé and I recently visited Tiffany & Co. to pick out an engagement ring, and we had the pleasure of working with Julia as our client advisor. From the start, she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel special and stress-free. Julia was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our experience. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never once pressured us into a decision. What stood out most was her flexibility and genuine care—after we placed a deposit, I changed my mind about the ring, and Julia handled everything seamlessly. She helped us select a different piece without any hassle or judgment, turning a potentially difficult moment into a smooth and positive one. We left feeling confident and excited about our choice, largely because of how thoughtfully Julia guided us. If you’re looking for a client advisor who combines deep expertise with exceptional service and a true no-pressure approach, ask for Julia. She is outstanding and made our engagement ring experience truly memorable. Thank you Julia!

She was also genuinely kind and such a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be asking for Julia whenever I visit in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, Julia!
