  I bought a Tiffany bracelet less than 2 weeks ago. I have only worn the bracelet on 3 occasions. The third time I wore it -I lost it. I retraced my steps and found it an empty room that only had been occupied by me. Upon looking closely at it I realized the clasp was bent. So, I now understood how it fell off my wrist. I have no idea how the clasp broke- I was not doing anything that would have caused that to happen. I drove over an hour to the Woodmere, Ohio location (where the bracelet was purchased less than 2 weeks ago). The sales lady was rude and abrupt. I was anticipating that they would take it back and apologize for their low quality product (since it was well within the 30 day return window) and issue a replacement. Instead they informed me this was my fault that it must have got caught on something and I would have to pay for a repair. The repair would take 3 weeks . They also said I would have to pay extra for shipping. So, I paid $108.00 to have a clasp repaired on a bracelet I had worn 3 times. I expressed that this was not satisfactory and not how I expected to be treated from a luxury brand. When I got home- I called corporate and went through everything. I got very similar responses. He said he could send an email but the repair shop would determine if the bracelet was faulty or if it was from customer wear and tear. He said that is the best he could do. I let him know I was not happy with this response and in the middle of talking the customer service agent hung up the phone on me. I now have almost $1,000 invested in this bracelet. The customer service was horrible in store and at corporate office. I will never buy a Tiffany product again!

  I had a fantastic experience at the Tiffany store! The Mona Guo was incredibly welcoming and nice, making me feel valued as a customer. Her knowledge and enthusiasm about the products really enhanced my visit. I left feeling delighted with my purchase and the overall service. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great shopping experience!
