  I placed an order for next day shipping for two items and only received one. If the item wasn’t available for next day shipping it shouldn’t have been an option at checkout. Then when I called they said it was processing but couldn’t tell me when it was expected for delivery. The representative I spoke with said it would have to be in the delivery process to cancel for a refund. If it’s still processing why can’t you cancel the process? The first representative I spoke with didn’t even have me confirm my address for security purposes. I’m very disappointed in the customer service for an “upscale” jeweler.

  The Tiffany’s staff is so kind and helpful! We’ve had a dream of doing a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” all year, but didn’t expect that when we showed up at Tiffany’s on a random Wednesday morning all dressed up & pastries in hand that the staff would be so welcoming and fun! Matt was so kind to come out and take our picture, and was so helpful showing us around the store. Julian had great tips and was so fun! An amazing and very fun experience - I would recommend coming to this Tiffany’s if you want a very positive customer service experience!

  Breakfast at Tiffany's dreams come true! The movie Breakfast at Tiffany's has long been a favorite of my to the extent that I made my friends watch it and then planned an outing to get pastries and coffee to eat while outside of Tiffany's (a nod to the opening scene of the movie). We dressed Audrey chic, pastries in hand and walked to Tiffany's. The customer service experience went above and beyond. We had not even entered the store when while looking through the display windows I made eye contact with an associate who smiled and nodded knowingly- I immediately felt welcomed and understood. Then another employee, Matt, came out to the side walk and offered to take our picture. He was very kind and took wonderful pictures for us then encouraged us to come inside to browse. The associates were professional and checked in with us throughout our time in the store. It was overall a magical experience. Thank you to Matt and Julian for your hospitality!

  My best friend and I had the best experience at Tiffany today, we love our purchases and the service was amazing. Such a great first time visit!

  The worst shopping experience ever. Walked in ready to buy a ring, but no one came to greet or offer to help. When I asked to see a ring and had a few questions, the staff said “it’s all on the tag”. No explanation, no service, just attitude. Will never set foot there again.
