  Very disappointed with my recent experience with Tiffany & Co. I sent my bracelet to Tiffany for repair, expecting the level of care and service that comes with a luxury brand. When the package arrived, the box was completely wet and damaged. The Tiffany cloth pouch that contained my bracelet was also wet and had a very unpleasant smell. Receiving a luxury item back in this condition was extremely disappointing. I contacted Tiffany customer service expecting understanding and a solution. I was offered to send the bracelet back for another polish, but that would require another week or two, which is very inconvenient after already waiting for the repair process. What disappointed me even more was the lack of empathy and the way my concerns were handled by “Mia”. For a brand like Tiffany, the experience should not end once the repair is completed. The packaging, presentation, and customer service are all part of what customers pay for. I expected much better care and attention from such a prestigious company. I have attached pictures of the damaged packaging so others can see the condition in which my item was returned.

  Not a Good experience the staff (women’s) they wanna sell you so bad and they have such a crazy bad attitude !! Never going back again!!!

  Visited Garden State Plaza location in NJ. Very disappointed as they offered no help in cleaning my wife’s engagement ring that was purchased here in 2014 and also not offered appraisal service. Some insurance companies require current valuation to keep the article insured at current value. There were about 8 stuff working in the store, all in black suit and tie and they just sit there and look pretty. When we purchased the ring, we were promised lifetime cleaning service and that was one of the factors I decided for Tiffany relative to other options, but today I was let down by their unhelpful staff and lack of professionalism. I am sharing this here because I don’t want others to have a negative experience despite paying almost twice for what you get. I knew they but I paid the money because of the service which they failed to deliver today. Do your research and pause before you make a purchase from this jeweler. Don’t just buy the ring because the name says Tiffany and there is a certificate number. It means nothing.
