  I went in to do a repair and buy something new. I barely got through the word repair before being told to wait for help. The same person who said this was available and when I turned around they immediately helped someone else. I'll never be coming back to the Natick location.

  If I could give this store a -10, I would. This store has horrendous service, and the worst of it comes from the stores manager, Constance. From the previous reviews this might be the same rude manager referenced multiple times before. I was screamed at during our interaction and felt taken advantage of. i left knowing I would never step foot in another Tiffany’s again.

  The manager is extremely rude (I wonder whether she is the same one others complained). I bought a pair of earrings 10 days ago and tried to return it. I was told they cannot take it back as it was not saleable condition as there was a scratch. It is only their excuse for not returning. Also, if there is a scratch after it was simply tried on, it indicated the poor quality of its products. Do not trust it’s return policy. Or you can spend your money buying a better quality brand.

  An impolite manager (she is blonde in red glasses) and stupid service. You've lost your regular customer due to lack of professionalism.
