  Had a very nice experience trying on engagement Rings with my girlfriend. Even though we were from out of town - Sam helped us for over 30 minutes and was friendly/funny, patient, and very knowledgeable. I thought his professionalism warranted a positive review!

From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect piece. What really stood out was his knowledge—Albert knew every detail about the jewelry and took the time to explain the craftsmanship, design, and history behind each piece. He answered all of our questions with confidence and made the entire process feel effortless. Most importantly, he made the experience so much fun.   Felt very judged by the older lady when I asked her if they had a certain necklace they had on the T&Co website. She told me that was too cheap to be in stores. I didn't know customer service was about judging people based on the price of their purchase. Rude.
