I had an amazing jewelry-buying experience at Tiffany’s, thanks to Albert. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect piece.
What really stood out was his knowledge—Albert knew every detail about the jewelry and took the time to explain the craftsmanship, design, and history behind each piece. He answered all of our questions with confidence and made the entire process feel effortless.
Most importantly, he made the experience so much fun. His enthusiasm and warm personality turned what could have been a stressful decision into a memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're shopping at Tiffany’s, I highly recommend working with Albert. His expertise and exceptional customer service made our visit truly special.
Tiffany & Co. - very disappointing misogynistic experience.
On August 23, 2025, (4-5 pm) I came to the store to drop off my bracelet for repair. I was the customer speaking with the consultant and asking questions. I happened to be there with friends, including a male friend who was simply standing nearby.
Despite the fact that I was clearly the customer, the male consultant repeatedly ignored me and directed his responses to the man instead. Even when I asked questions directly, he continued speaking to him rather than to me.
He also made several comments and jokes that came across as dismissive and misogynistic.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable - especially for a brand that positions itself as a luxury experience with high standards of customer service.
Instead of feeling valued as a client, I left the store feeling disrespected and humiliated.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how female customers are treated in their stores. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Tiffany.
Tiffany is a great company. Their diamonds and precious metals are also some of the best in the industry. Yes, jewelry is also fragile. Perhaps there should be more public information available of what not to do with diamond rings or other precious metals. For example, pool chlorin, sweating, and even cleaning products can destroy precious metals and cause diamonds to loosen. Don't blame Tiffany and Company for something they were not responsible for. Their craftsmanship is among the best.

I went into the store yesterday as the enamel on a bracelet I have had for years became discoloured. I was concerned about waiting to have it cleaned/repaired as I am only in Boston for the weekend. I cannot commend Albert enough, he was so helpful and friendly, and willing to resolve the issue for me as soon as possible. Thankfully he was able to clean it for me himself so I did not have to wait, he is clearly very knowledgeable about the jewellery and its care. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if i could. I do find that in luxury stores such as this I am not taken seriously as a young person, though this could not have been further from reality. Thank you again to everyone who was in yesterday and helped me!
