    I ordered a perfume from the official YSL website in January and returned it on January 24. It has now been months, and I still have not received my refund. This is completely unacceptable for a brand of this reputation. There has been no clear communication, no proper update, and no resolution despite the return being completed long ago. Customers expect professionalism, especially when ordering directly from an official site. Delayed refunds like this create frustration and make me question the reliability of YSL’s customer service. I would not recommend ordering from the official website unless they improve their refund process and customer support significantly.

    Walking into Saint Laurent at Copley Place, the first thing you notice is how composed everything feels. It's sleek and confident without trying too hard, which is very on brand. I was greeted almost immediately, but the staff had a good read on the room. They didn't hover or rush over, they just made themselves available in a way that felt natural and easy to approach when I was ready.

    Purchased directly from YSL Beauty during Black Friday and received a partially fulfilled order with no prior notice. No email, no explanation. After weeks of waiting, the customer service response was cold and impersonal, with no accountability or empathy. For a luxury brand, this level of communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

    Repeated Issues With Orders I am very disappointed with this experience. I placed my order during a promotion, waited specifically for the discount, completed the purchase successfully, and my card was charged. Only afterward did I discover that the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. There was no clear or timely communication about the cancellation, which made the situation even more frustrating. Charging a customer and then canceling the order is not what I expect from a luxury brand like YSL. This is also the second issue I’ve had with YSL. In my previous order, I received the wrong product. Although the correct item was eventually sent, I still had to pay out of pocket at the post office to retrieve it. The cancellation was not my decision, yet I lost the opportunity to purchase the item at the promotional price. These repeated issues have caused unnecessary frustration and have significantly impacted my trust in the brand.

    Joey at YSL in Boston is the best!! Joey helped me with two different bags recently and he went above and beyond in making sure it was the right purchase for me. He is kind and he really makes you feel comfortable. Having worked in the luxury handbag business for many years, I can honestly say that his communication and customer service is exceptional! Thank you Joey for a wonderful experience at YSL!🤗
