  Terrible customer service and product knowledge. Their client advisors would rather stand around than help the clients. I should have just made my purchase at Nordstrom.

  I was so excited when I heard it opened! I came in looking for a new bag that I could carry a lot in, sales person was super polite and attentive. He was super patient with me and I ended up purchasing a beautiful bag! Thank you, definitely will be back soon.
