5 Stars to Ricardo was so nice in helping me with the “evaluation” of some older Tiffany pieces. He was a wealth of information and very kind to assist me.

We purchased our engagement ring here. This would not happen without the help of your employee - Marvel! He is so knowledgeable, responsive, patient and of course 10000% professional. He’s also super nice to work with, every step with detailed explanations, made things way easier and smoother. We really appreciate his help and please promote him ASAP!!🙌🙌

I had a very disappointing experience with Anita. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were not addressed, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I expected much better communication and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ocean and I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Tiffany & Co., thanks to Riberton. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. What truly stood out was the time he took to share the rich history of Tiffany & Co., making our visit feel so much more meaningful than just a shopping trip. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail were incredible. Riberton was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience, answering all of our questions and helping us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. His outstanding customer service, warm personality, and genuine enthusiasm are a true reflection of the Tiffany & Co. standard of excellence. If you’re visiting Tiffany & Co., I highly recommend asking for Riberton. He made our experience unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Riberton, for going above and beyond!
