  A few days ago I visited this Tiffany location and had the fortunate opportunity to meet Emmanual. Wow, impressive, to say the least! Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Several times he resourced his computer to answer my important questions about 4 Tiffany pieces I have (all have been discontinued). His customer service wonderful and unexpected. (Given the world we live in these days.) Thank you Emmanual for taking your time with me. Tiffany is very lucky to have you on their team! Best, Christine D. (p.s. Emmanual was aware when I walk in the door I wasn't buying this day. He didn't rush me and was enthusiastic to work with me. THAT is customer service.   I didn’t expect less from them, helpful staff, even I bought the gift at another Tiffany store in another country, they were able to assist without hesitation, thank you Tiffany!!!!

  I had an excellent experience with Rochel Black, who provided the highest level of customer service and personalized attention as I prepared a sentimental wedding gift for a relative.

  Walked in to exchange a bracelet my daughter had bought for me for my birthday for a larger size a pink heart was bought as a symbol for breast cancer! The lady was a snob, didn’t want to help me you could tell ! I guess it wasn’t her sale to begin with! Thank goodness another sales person came over to see if I was helped. I actually asked her to help me! And she took over! Didn’t really want to because I guess she was making the other sales person look bad! Never judge a person on how they are dressed! What the first sales person didn’t realize is that I could buy anything in that store! Horrible experience ! And that beautiful bracelet with so much meaning I just want to return and if it wasn’t a gift I would!
