  I haven’t had such a rude and uncomfortable customer service experience in a very long time. For management’s reference, I visited around 1:50 PM on Friday, August 7, and spoke with an older gentleman regarding wedding bands. From the moment we walked in, his attitude was incredibly unwelcoming. He rolled his eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him simply by asking to see different options. I was specifically looking for a more minimal wedding band at a lower price point because that is my personal preference. The moment I mentioned my budget, his demeanor became even worse. He came across as judgmental and dismissive, and his facial expressions made it very clear that he had no interest in helping us. Shopping for a wedding band should be an exciting experience, regardless of someone’s budget or personal style. Instead, we left feeling judged and completely unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location or this company. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

  I had an outstanding experience at Tiffany while shopping for an anniversary gift for my wife. Keri made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the perfect piece without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend

  We are so glad we went to Tiffany & Co to find wedding rings. Keri greeted us and made us feel so welcome right away, like long lost friends. Her wit and easy smile put us at ease as she listened intently and expertly (and patiently) helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left Tiffany & Co with our rings on, happily holding hands, and gazing into each other’s smiling eyes. Thank you Keri for making the experience amazing and for helping us capture this magical forever moment.
