  I’m not sure what the bad reviews are for. We’ve been to many YSL stores around the world and this one was great and had a fantastic Selection for both men and women. I believe Adriana? Was the woman who helped us and she was very helpful with everything. We enjoyed the experience here.

  SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to make a return and the sales rep we encountered today had the most HORRIBLE attitude and AWFUL service. The bag we were returning was brand new and never used, in all its original packaging with the receipt, box, ribbons, dust bag, and shopping bag. But she claimed she couldn’t accept the bag for return because the bag looked like it was used because the tissue paper wasn’t stuffed inside the bag. LOL. Left Glendale and went directly to Rodeo and made the return without any issues. After telling the Rodeo sales rep about this AWFUL experience at Glendale, they apologized on their behalf. Get your act together Glendale YSL.
