  One of my favorite Saint Laurent outlet stores. The selection was great, the quality was exactly what you would expect from the brand, and I found some excellent deals. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience enjoyable without being pushy. I’ll definitely come back.

  I’ve never seen such a disgrace. I will also be reporting this to the brand’s global management. Don’t they supervise their staff at all? I recorded the creepy security guard’s behavior with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I’m going to file a lawsuit.

  I think the security guard was under the influence of drugs. He was staring at customers and laughing, which was extremely disturbing. This is harassment. If we hadn’t been leaving USA the next day, we would have filed a harassment lawsuit.

  Bugün 28 Mayıs Perşembe yaklaşık 15.30 civarında mağaza önünde sıra bekliyordum ve sıra bana geldiğinde oldukça uzun süredir beklediğim için gülümsemiyordum. Kapıdali görevli kapının arkasından bana bakarak gülmeye başladı. Bir süre sonra kapıyı açtı ancak ben içeri girerken yüksek sesle gülmeye devam etti. Kendisine dönüp “Bir problem mi var?” diye sorduğumda hâlâ gülerek “Problem yok” dedi fakat tavrı değişmedi. Bu davranışı oldukça saygısız ve rahatsız edici buldum. Bir müşteriyle bu şekilde alay eder gibi davranılması, özellikle de Saint Laurent gibi lüks bir markaya hiç yakışmadığı için mağazaya girmekten vazgeçtim.

  Be ready to be treated as window dressing because people waiting in line looks better than inside. They will compete with GUCCI next door to keep line big even though inside filled with boared sales persons. Go to PRADA instead where you will be treated with respect.
