  If I could give zero stars I would. I bought sunglasses and a large bag internationally and wasn’t sure about the glasses and was told I could sleep in it and return them if I changed my mind when I returned to the US. I returned home yesterday and my hiusband and I drove into Scottsdale fashion square to do the return to find out YSL DOES NOT HONOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES!! They are an international luxury brand that has no way to honor your purchase outside the US. This isn’t the worst part. We asked to speak to a manager literally just to help us find resolution. Esther the manager started to explain that the basis of the non customer centric policy stemmed from difficulty to manage currency exchange and tax benefits and I said of course you can reverse the tax benefit, we aren’t trying to get anything undue to us and she cut me off and said “I wasn’t done and do not appreciate you talking over me and will not be treated this way in my store” and invited us to leave. I was super embarrassed and I think kind of in shock. We are two middle aged mild mannered executives who had a small puppy in a doggy bjorn looking anything but threatening. I felt scolded and like I was in jeopardy of being reported for something so we retreated without resolution and feeling demoralized and humiliated. The luxury market customer base isn’t as broad as it used to be and the optionality we have is vast, I will never return to YSL thanks to the manager and treatment at SCOTTSDALE FASHION SQUARE MANAGER , Esther who doesn’t have the skill set to discern negative feedback from a “threat” which is elementary school customer service. Do not frequent this store and expect to be valued

  Because of my experience at this store I won’t be buying one of my dream heels. No one greeted me or my partner and instead we had security trailing behind us at every part of the store. Felt disrespectful… I may not be significant because I am only one customer but I wanted to make everyone aware of the rude environment.

  We had a great shopping experience at Saint Laurent. The store felt welcoming and well put together, and everything was easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. What really stood out was the service. Our sales rep was amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We ended up finding the shoes we were looking for, and the overall experience made it even better. Definitely a place we’d come back to for both the selection and the service.

  Saint Laurent has always been my go to luxury brand. I have been working with Ryan Madiros here at Saint Laurent in Scottsdale Fashion for years and I can say he is not only very polite, but very helpful and educated in the product and style that I’m looking for. He is very attentive in following up with me on product that I’m interested in and goes above and beyond to find me items that would interest me based on previous purchases and my style. I love Saint Laurent and I highly recommend working with Ryan!
