  Very disappointing experience. The customer service was terrible, and the staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. They couldn’t identify products by their names, so I ended up having to find the item number myself. A small neighborhood shop would provide much better service than this. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  An exceptional experience from the moment I walked in. Nadejda welcomed me with genuine warmth and immediately made the visit feel personal rather than transactional — a glass of champagne in hand while she walked me through the collection set exactly the right tone. What truly stood out was her depth of knowledge. She took real time to discuss the craftsmanship behind each piece, the heritage of the house, and the details that make Saint Laurent's work distinctive. Nothing felt rushed or rehearsed — it was a proper conversation between someone who loves the brand and someone who wanted to understand it. I ended up with what I can only describe as the finest loafers I have ever owned. The construction, the materials, the silhouette — everything we'd discussed at length was reflected in the final choice. Nadejda has a rare ability to guide you toward something you'll genuinely treasure rather than simply selling you something. If you visit Saint Laurent Monaco, ask for Nadejda. She elevates the experience to something you don't easily forget.

  Cela fait 1 semaine que j’essaie désespérément d’avoir la boutique au téléphone et malgré plusieurs appels chaque jour, la ligne coupe après 30 secondes. Service client inexistant, ce qui est assez ironique pour une enseigne censée représenter le luxe. À ce niveau-là, autant ne pas afficher de numéro.

  Très mauvaise expérience en boutique. Une vendeuse blonde a refusé de me conseiller sur les parfums, et l’équipe dans son ensemble ne semble pas maîtriser leurs propres créations. Lorsque j’ai fait une demande spécifique, aucun des vendeurs n’a été en mesure de me renseigner, l’un d’eux allant même jusqu’à dire qu’il ne connaissait pas leurs produits. J’espère qu’ils auront une mise au point car c’est nécessaire !!!
