  Visited the YSL Beauty counter today at Harrods, ready to purchase products. After checking for a product that was not in stock, I asked if I could order it and I was completely ignored. I was left talking to the air. While the staff member stood directly in front of me writing on a piece of paper as if I did not exist. Ended up walking away, very disappointing service and not what you expect from a luxury brand.

  Not a good service, we went to try some cloths and shoes , they were ignoring us and with such a big attitude as well i assume because they thought we wouldn’t buy anything, when we left we said thank you and they LITERALLY ignored us ,do better!!!
