  יש מתנדבים שרוצים בכל ליבם לעזור חינם. אבל חלקם מאוד מבוגרים ולא יודעים להתנהל עם המחשב. ואז אני הרגשתי שאני יודעת טוב מהם איך למצא נתונים ואני מבזבזת את זמני שם. לעומת זאת מישהי צעירה שהגיעה, שלטה היטב במחשב, באפשרויות של עזרה, ברקע ההסטורי של התקופה שעליה חיפשנו, ואכן עזרתה היתה יעילה.

  Excellent database of ancestry! Staff were helpful and there are lots of computers available to research your ancestors.

  This place is Absolutely Amazing. A young man named Mr. Michael assisted me. He was FABULOUS helper. We had 3 separate folks in our group and they sat us in a line side by side. Mr. Michael helped two of us while a lady helped one of us. We got their late, and only had about fifteen minutes to work with. GREAT information in that short time. I'll be back again on the next work day!!

  Fascinating to research genealogy. Made a few corrections and additions to the family tree. It was easy to get help from someone there as to how to properly verify these corrections.
