  Church meetings are simple but focused on Jesus Christ and very enjoyable. Sacrament meeting starts at 11am and lasts one hour, featuring various members giving informative addresses regarding the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2nd hour is either a Sunday School class or an interesting and enjoyable men's or women's class focused on gospel living. Class discussion was open and interesting.

  The people are friendly, and the teachings are completely in line with what Christ taught. Plus, the same organization exists that Christ established long ago. It's amazing!

  I am honored to be associated with the members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that worship together in our Lexington meeting house. My family was welcomed; we have served and have been served; and we truly have been blessed by our associations in the Sugar Land 1st and 2nd congregations. The youth programs are exceptional; and the teachings of our Savior, Jesus Christ, are exemplified in the love and compassion that abounds in all aspects of our worship and activities. Visitors are always welcome!
