  The workers were extremely rude, didn’t help me at all, and told me the bracelet I bought directly from them they can’t repair and there is nothing I can do about it. Definitely don’t recommend at all

  Recently brought an older bag in for repair. I was met with immediate kindness and promptness from all associates including the store manager! They were not sure if it was fixable, but they took down my information and contacted their service center and were able to pull through. Would definitely recommend this location and their staff! Can’t wait to come back and shop soon.

  Wanted to buy a pair of shoes for my wife. Tried calling for 3 days and no one would answer. I'd recommend making your purchases elsewhere.
