Nick is amazing. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. This is a great example of a boutique that cares about its customers. 5 stars
Worse experience ever! Me and my wife visited this business May 31st, 2026. As we entered, there was 3 salesperson on duty, one male and two females. The male salesperson was busy with a customer, so we thought one of the female salesperson would at least greet us. However, they ignored us even after making eye contact. After a few seconds have passed, one of the females walked pass us to assist customers who walked in after us. Me and my wife was very confused and when I took a second look at the people behind us. They appear to wear expensive clothing and jewlery. Immediately we realized that there was some level of bias towards us just because we do not "look" rich. I had on an Armani shirt and dress shorts while my wife had on a jersey and jean shorts.
I ignored how the first girl dismissed us and initiate a conversation with the 2nd female salesperson. I asked a question regarding their quartz AP watches thats around $20k. She looked me in the eye and said "we do not have any APs for $20k". I was surprised since she didn't even know that much, so I pulled out my phone and showed her the watch being advertised on their website. She acknowledged the mistake but her response was very dissmissive.
I then asked her about the APs that cost between 30k to 40k, she then showed me a display watch that wasn't the watch I asked for. So I told her I was planning to spend 10k on an Omega watch and 20k on a Rolex and I'm contemplating buying a single AP watch instead. Her response was surprising to say the least. She said and I quote "You should not focus so much on brand". I was in complete shock. I replied saying I am not focusing on a just 1 brand. I just said I am looking forward to buy an Omega and a Rolex. That response alone completely destroyed any good opinion of the company and their watches. The people in there assume that I can't afford their AP watch solely of how me and my wife was dressed. I visited so many watch stores in the past and I always had a great experience but this was my first visit to an AP store and it will be my last. I left the store and went down the street and purchased Rolex watch for myself and an Omega watch for my wife. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT LET ALONE BUY ANY AP RELATED WATCHES. I do not expect AP to care but the bad reviews for this particular store is legitimate.
Had a great experience visiting Audemars Piguet by appointment. Bruce was fantastic—very knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to walk me through the watches and buying process without any pressure.
I know there are some negative reviews, but my visit was nothing like that. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend asking for Bruce.

Had an incredible experience, from the first visit I was treated with professionalism and respect. My girlfriend and I visited this boutique and met with Eva. She spent every bit of a whole afternoon engaging in meaningful and informative conversation.
I was incredibly fortunate to have received such a wonderful piece and look forward to keeping in touch and stopping in anytime we are in town. Could not recommend Eva enough!

Terrible experience, and this store should be audited by AP Corporate.
They literally, quite literally told me, directly, without exaggeration, that I need to buy multiple Code 11.59 watches followed by Offshores until they will even consider putting you on a list to buy a desirable piece. They don't care if you have pieces from the AP House already. They only care if you spend money with THEM. Avoid this store, and its greedy salespeople.
They are cheapening the brand, and frankly, destroying it. AP House should investigate this boutique.
