***BUYER BEWARE!!*** HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY!!
I purchased my “beautiful” Fendi sneaker this past Sunday, October 12th. When I purchased the young lady advised me that the return policy was for 10 days. Today is Tuesday, October 14th. I wore the sneaker for a brief moment at the mall on the same day. Within less than an hour my foot when numb and started to hurt. Btw, I do realize new sneakers need a few wears to break in, HOWEVER this wasn’t normal. I had to stop, take them off and when I did I had a HUGE blister on my foot. When I came in today, the gentleman told me an entire different return policy. He states that they allow 14 days for a return ONLY for a merchandise exchange. They would not take my item back in spite of my issue and being a good client of Fendi. He stated that he would contact corporate and see if there was anything they could do. I stated that I lived over an hour away and it was very difficult to get here. I asked if there was anything they could do today and his answer was NO. I am highly disappointed. Please be aware of their return policy or you will be stuck with a high priced item that you will have no use for. My sneakers price was $1000. Horrible experience.
