  Purchased a pair of earrings with Lucy. The earrings were packaged in the wrong size box, and my text message asking about it went unanswered. When I visited the store again, I was told they didn't have the correct box size available, but no one informed beforehand.

  Amy at Bulgari is amazing! I wanted a ring for a special occasion and could not get to the store the day that I needed it. She actually dropped it off for me herself in the city. Service above and beyond! It was my first in store Bulgari purchse but will not be my last!
