The people at the store are lovely. What I have issue with is that I purchased a necklace that I wore twice, I left it in my closet for a year and a half and wanted to wear it today but it is completely tarnished. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I think it's quite outrageous that a luxury company would sell tarnished goods at a high cost, without giving any recourse to repair. It's a shame that the high cost does not mean that you are buying quality at Celine.

I stopped by a couple of days ago because I was interested in purchasing a bag. A sales associate came over and I told him which one I wanted to see. He brought it out from the back and placed it on the glass display, but then just walked away.
I was left standing there with the bag and had a few questions, but no one came back to assist me. I waited for a while, hoping someone would follow up, but instead I noticed the staff helping other customers who came in after me.
Eventually I gave up waiting and left without making the purchase, which was disappointing because I was genuinely ready to buy.
The store itself is beautiful, but the customer service experience really fell short.
I got one of their new lip balms and could barely drag it across my lips. It’s so dry and has a strange chemical smell unlike the one I tried on in the store. When i took it back to exchange for a regular lipstick, the manager refused to even look at it to consider whether it was faulty, and simply said he can’t do an exchange. Very disappointing for this brand and I urge other customers not to get the lip balm it’s awful. They also deleted any comments I wrote about my experience on social media so I expect this may disappear too
