  Wow I walk in and there’s 4 salespeople there looking at us and none of them said “Hi”.. Never felt so unwelcome like this ever! Is it because I’m Asian?? So disappointed at their customer service.

  Chris Foster is hands down one of the best client advisors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He made the in-store experience for my friend and I a memorable one and was so helpful out of the store as well. He will be my go-to from here on out! Thank you so much Chris!

  All of the associates were very knowledgeable and communicated well with me and their coworkers to make sure my bag was exactly what I needed. They pick up the phone quickly, answer texts, and got back to me whenever I had questions or inquired about bags. David helped me repair a bag that I have overused and it makes me glad that I invested in a brand that is the epitome of great customer service!
