I need to report this store to AP. They openly ask for 10-20 or 30000 over to give you allocation for in demand pieces.
I have texts messages as proof where they offered me multiple watches for 10-20k over.

I realize AP has more interested buyers than watches available, but I will never purchase an AP because of my experience with this location.
The first time I tried to enter the store I was turned away and told that I needed an appointment.
The second time I entered the store I was told I could not try on an Offshore without an appointment. I was not asking for a Royal Oak and was truely interested in one of their lesser desired watches. Instead I was offered to try on some fake plastic thing instead. Insulting!
I realize AP does not care but I went out later that afternoon and purchased a Vacheron 222.
Everytime I go into a Vacheron or Patek botique I am treated with class. Everytime I go into an AP botique I am treated as a criminal.
I don't understand how you can sell a premium luxury product and treat your potential customers so poorly.

I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Mayra at. She’s professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely passionate about watches and client relationships.

I’ve bought 3 APs, will never buy another one. After my first purchase from the store, they said I will be able to buy more desired watches, this was a complete lie. They only ever offer me watches I have no interest in.
Now when I went in to get one of my watches serviced, I made an appointment, show up 10 minutes early. Wait for 45 minutes and still was not seen by anyone. I walked out of the store and will never go back. Plan to sell my APs and shop from a different brand. One that actually treats customers with respect
Rayshawn and TingTing were absolutely superb, they were attentive, professional and courteous, both are a credit to the AP Brand.
