  Bella was so helpful. She was attentive and had lot of patience. I tried so many watches and took my time to decide which watch I wanted. I went to shop a week before to browse and didn’t buy anything that week and she still had lot of patience to show everything. Can’t wait to go back and shop. She helped me with lot of my jewelry. Thank you Bella for having so much patience and passion to help client find the right jewelry.

  Such a nice experience, free champagne and chocolate no matter how much you spent. The sale associate is very nice and warm.

  Last week, I bought a pair of 5100 earrings and wore them once. One of them broke and I wanted to come over for a replacement. However, they were out of stock and had an unfriendly attitude. The quality issue was also not refundable. Then I paid for another pair of 5650 earrings, but I didn't even have a box. It's so expensive and this big store doesn't even give me a box. I will never visit this store again. Cartier is the best, with good service and convenient returns and exchanges. Because it broke after wearing it once and there were no new ones for me to replace, and the quality issue cannot be refunded, I was forced to replace it with a pair of 5650 earrings, which cost nearly $6000 in taxes. Surprisingly, I didn't even have a qualified packaging box, only a bag. What an unpleasant experience
