I went in with my Egyptian fiance. I told them he had never done genealogy before. They sat down, helped him create an account, bring up himself, and then attach his parents in his genealogical line. He didn't have a lot of information but he had names. When he went to add his grandparents, he accidentally attached them to the wrong person. They were sweet and kind, helping him remove the bad family connection and placing them in the appropriate place for him. My talkative honey, was listened to as they helped him with his genealogy and as he told them about Egypt. I felt like they were really honored to have us as a guest in their facility.
