Won’t be doing business again with this Celine location, or Kay, their employee at Al Moana. I called in to order & ship a fragrance to me. Kay took my money & sent the package and didn’t disclose to me that it was a mandatory “signature required” upon delivery. For a fragrance. Some people have lives and aren’t home during the day to sign for things. UPS wouldn’t change it, per the senders request. Kay wouldn’t change it when I reached out to her. Poor customer service. Do better next time, Kay.
Went to look for a bag I had seen on line. I had my 5 year old with me. As soon as we walked in I felt the small lady upfront was not interested in helping me. I went to the rack were I spotted the bag but in a different color and she closed and roped off the door. I’m not sure why. Did she think I was going to take it? She never said a word to us so I waited until she let us out and I went to the food court and bought it online instead.
The man with the tattoo on his head had a very bad attitude and was very unpleasant. He sat at a table and used his smartphone while we were there and did not serve us. He also encouraged us to leave early. Actually, I don’t wanna leave even A STAR.
