  I have been in this boutique several times and have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I was provided with an exceptional buying experience by Han Le; who was very patient, professional and knowledgeable about watches and the watch industry as a whole. I highly recommend this boutique.

  Customer service is excellent at this store. I needed some adjustments to by straps, and Han went out of her way to accommodate my request. Nice team.

  Completely lame… can’t even adjust a wrist band unless you buy something. Completely pretentious.

  Rhonda and Luis were very helpful. They were able to educate us about what made IWC so unique. They showed us different watches and were able to speak about them without issue.
