  My boyfriend and I were treated like shoplifters. Tall man with dark hair followed us around the store at every turn. After his initial “can I help you guys find anything specific” he asked no questions after that and continued to follow behind us very closely. & at that very uncomfortably close distance, he didn’t bother to verbally engage us to justify the closeness so it felt very unnerving trying to look around and explore their current lines, let alone make a purchase. There were other people in the store, but we were the only ones being followed. I understand wanting to protect store inventory, but their blatant lack of regard for our customer experience was literally so underwhelming. For context I work with YSL reps in my field of work, so I have a decent understanding of their brand and it’s “value” , even love their eyewear and thought it’d be cool to explore their other retail stores. Just be kind to people even if you have your reservations on if I can afford it.

  Today I visited the store with my daughter and the service receive was horrible. The sales rep asked what are you guys looking for to which we said just looking. I’m not sure if I wasn’t too up scale for him but I felt like a shoplifter he was extremely aggressive on the way he approached us. The door was for some reason close mean while it’s two of us in there. I’m not sure if I was armed to rob a store or something. I’m a general manager at another retail store and this is definitely not the treatment any customer deserves. I’ll not recommend this location to anyone.

  I would like to sincerely thank Gabriela and Sherlyn for their exceptional customer service. Gabriela went above and beyond by holding the hat I wanted in the store for about 30 minutes until I arrived. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and I truly appreciated him help. Sherlyn was also incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Both of them made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable with their kindness and dedication. Thank you, Gabriela and Sherlyn, for your outstanding service. YSL is fortunate to have such wonderful employees representing the brand. I look forward to shopping here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great shopping experience here, originally planned to buy a small classic handbag, but surprisingly found a better one, which is more practical with bigger space. The leather is very soft and it’s useful for the daily life or work. The salesperson is very nice and makes me very comfortable.

  BE Aware they are scamming people,check your product before you leave the store , they sold me shoes not in perfect condition and then when I went back to return them they used that against me,saying they are not in perfect condition when they sold it to me that way, I didn’t open the package until I got home never wore them WATCH OUT and check your product before leaving the store, they take it in the back to pack it for you so you really don’t know what’s inside until you get home just like I didn’t I didn’t expect this from luxury brand I guess in Miami it’s normal I’m disputing this transaction second I get home Unacceptable behavior
