  I would like to sincerely thank Gabriela and Sherlyn for their exceptional customer service. Gabriela went above and beyond by holding the hat I wanted in the store for about 30 minutes until I arrived. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and I truly appreciated him help. Sherlyn was also incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Both of them made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable with their kindness and dedication. Thank you, Gabriela and Sherlyn, for your outstanding service. YSL is fortunate to have such wonderful employees representing the brand. I look forward to shopping here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great shopping experience here, originally planned to buy a small classic handbag, but surprisingly found a better one, which is more practical with bigger space. The leather is very soft and it’s useful for the daily life or work. The salesperson is very nice and makes me very comfortable.

  BE Aware they are scamming people,check your product before you leave the store , they sold me shoes not in perfect condition and then when I went back to return them they used that against me,saying they are not in perfect condition when they sold it to me that way, I didn’t open the package until I got home never wore them WATCH OUT and check your product before leaving the store, they take it in the back to pack it for you so you really don’t know what’s inside until you get home just like I didn’t I didn’t expect this from luxury brand I guess in Miami it’s normal I’m disputing this transaction second I get home Unacceptable behavior
