  I have never written a review like this. How does this restaurant have good ratings? We had take out today. My husband and I have never had a dish from a restaurant that we were not able to eat. Very frustrating! No to bad taste.

  Dolan Uyghur is hands down one of the best restaurants in DC. Food, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. They recently hosted my group of 30 for the full lamb roast and did an incredible job. Was blown away with how attentive the staff was. The lamb and chicken was the best in town. Could not recommend this gem enough!!

  This is some of the best food I’ve ever had! I’m obsessed with their honey cake and their beef samsas and their hand pulled beef noodles. Customer service is excellent and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. Street parking is a little rough but not impossible to find. I highly recommend this place. You have to go experience Dolan

  I’m from Xinjiang myself and have eaten at plenty of Urghur restaurants all over the world. All I can say about this place is: DO NOT COME HERE. Cold Skin Plat: It was hard—it felt as though it had been sitting there for at least two days. We spoke to a waiter about it, and he said it wasn’t made in-house (???) Spicy Chicken: Chicken breast boiled in plain water, then tossed with a spicy sauce—it bears no resemblance whatsoever to authentic Xinjiang spicy chicken. It’s produced on an assembly line, with absolutely no stir-frying involved. Korma Chup noodles: The only dish we managed to finish. I really can’t understand how this place has managed to get such high ratings. 本新疆人，世界各地新疆餐馆也没少吃。这家我只能说：避雷。 凉皮：硬的，感觉至少放两天了，找了服务员反馈，说这不是它家做的（？？？） 辣子鸡：白水煮鸡胸之后混合辣酱拌了一下，跟新疆辣子鸡没有一点关系。标准流水线操作出来的，完全没有炒制流程。 干煸炒面：唯一吃完的，味道中规中矩。 很不理解怎么能评分这么高的。
