  Had an excellent meal at Dolan Uyghur Restaurant. The food is unique, flavorful, and a great introduction to Uyghur cuisine. The hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked, the lamb dishes were tender and well-seasoned, and the spices added just the right amount of depth without being overwhelming. The service was friendly and helpful, especially for first-time visitors. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy something different from the usual dining options. Highly recommended.

  DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! They use ubereats and it is the worst. They prepare the food in 10 minutes and it sits for 1+hours waiting to be delivered. Absolutely do not get delivery.

  Really excellent restaurant, although the steamed dumplings take a really long time to come out. Obviously made by hand but makes me not want to order
