  The reviews had me worried to come here but my experience was amazing. Koinonia is who helped me out but I also met Ryan and Victor and they were all sooo so sweet! This was my first time at a Fendi store. I got to see other bags that I didn’t see online. Koinonia helped me order my dream bag and figure out how to get it since it can’t be shipped to CA, and I can’t wait to come back for future purchases!

  Best Fendi store I’ve ever been to. Actually one of the best luxury stores in the mall. The staff is excellent and so is the manager, Danah. We work with Emory all the time and they always make it a wonderful shopping experience for us every single time.

  Recently purchased some shoes. The gentleman that assisted me with the purchase was great. He went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Awesome customer service experience.

  I bought a Fendi watch from Nordstrom that didn’t run, so I assume it had a dead battery. I called Fendi customer service and was instructed to go to the boutique. I went to the boutique, and they recommended that I just pay for a watch repair shop to do it out of pocket myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped, which may take 8 weeks. While they were polite, I didn’t feel like I was helped when the product I just received should have been working. Expected to have consistent information so the customer service could have just told me to do that or someone should have been able to fix it in store or helped me send it off. Hope fixing it myself won’t void the warranty.
