    I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at BVLGARI at Westfield Valley Fair. I like the brand and the jewelry itself, but the service experience has not matched the price point or the expectations of a luxury boutique. The biggest issue is the repeated waiting process at the door. I visited this store multiple times, and on more than one occasion there was no visible line, yet I was still kept waiting outside. Today was especially frustrating because I had already coordinated the visit by text with an employee for a very brief pickup that should have taken less than two minutes. Even then, I was told to wait at the door. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to leave to take care of another errand in the mall. When I returned about 15 minutes later, the same thing happened again: no visible line, but I was still told to wait outside. For time-sensitive customers, this is extremely inefficient. Many customers in Silicon Valley have tight schedules, and today I only had a one-hour window before a 3pm work meeting. For a luxury jewelry store, I would expect not only personalized service, but also organized and efficient service, especially for a simple pickup or pre-arranged visit. The store should have a better way to distinguish between customers who need a quick pickup/service appointment and customers who are browsing or shopping for a new piece. I also had a similar experience last weekend. I was kept waiting outside despite there being no clear line. I eventually had to leave to eat nearby because the wait was taking too long, and when I came back, I still was not able to get inside for what would have been a short visit. Another major concern is inconsistent communication. I was initially told that an exchange could not be done even though it was still within the 30-day period, and that my jewelry would instead be sent to the repair shop in New York. I was then told it would take “at most” four weeks, and usually only two to three weeks. However, after four weeks, when I called to check the status, I was then told it would take six weeks. That kind of inconsistent timeline is unacceptable from a luxury brand like BVLGARI. Overall, there is a clear gap between the premium price customers pay and the service management at this location. I hope the store improves its appointment handling, door/waitlist process, and communication accuracy. Until then, despite liking BVLGARI’s designs and quality, I would be very hesitant to return to this boutique or purchase from this location again.

    I recently visited the Bvlgari boutique and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nadya, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I were looking for a special bracelet to celebrate our anniversary, and Nadya made the entire experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, Nadya was incredibly warm and attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and patiently guided us through the collection. When we narrowed it down to a particular style, she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect size — bringing out multiple options, carefully measuring, and explaining the fit so we felt completely confident in our choice. She answered every single question we had (and we had quite a few!) with genuine patience and expertise, never making us feel rushed. What truly made the visit memorable was the personal touch. When she learned it was our anniversary, Nadya surprised us by offering champagne to celebrate. It was such a thoughtful and elegant gesture. The attention to detail and the way she made us feel valued as customers was outstanding. Nadya is not only knowledgeable about the products but also has a natural gift for making customers feel cared for. Thanks to her, we left with the perfect bracelet and beautiful memories of the day. If you’re shopping at Bvlgari, I highly recommend asking for Nadya — she’ll make your experience exceptional. Thank you again, Nadya! Five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    If you find yourself helped by Ivy , you have found excellence in service. She is smart, knowledgeable, patient and diligent. She is what every sales person should emulate. The store has sufficient stock and interesting pieces and work well with you to bring pieces in as well without a deposit or games like some brands. I highly recommend Ivy and this BVLGARi store.

    Good store, went there for Serpenti Bracelet, Nadia was really helpful, patient going over variants and explaining details and narrowing down for what we wanted, size and also informed us timely about upcoming price revision

    Alex at Bvlgari was absolutely wonderful. When I came into the store, my watch bracelet was too tight and she was very warm and welcoming right away. I explained the situation, and she immediately responded and helped adjust my bracelet without hesitation. On top of that, when I mentioned I was looking for something dainty and minimal for everyday wear, she took the time to show me some beautiful necklaces that were exactly my style. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Overall, Alex made my visit such a pleasant one—I truly appreciated her help and great customer service.
