  Visited IWC Schaffhausen at South Coast Plaza with clients who were celebrating a significant property closing in Newport Coast — a natural moment to explore a serious timepiece. The boutique here is exceptionally well-curated, showcasing the full IWC range from the Pilot's to the Portugieser and Portofino families. The staff were knowledgeable and patient, spending considerable time walking us through the movements and craftsmanship. My client ultimately selected a Portugieser Chronograph — a genuinely considered purchase he'd been contemplating for years. As a luxury real estate broker who regularly brings high-net-worth clients to this area, IWC at South Coast Plaza delivers the kind of expert, unhurried experience that makes it worth the visit.   Ashley and the entire team at IWC Costa Mesa are an approachable, informative, and a highly customer focused group. You will hear horror stories of the hoops that people have to jump through to purchase a luxury watch. I can assure you the team at Costa Mesa does none of that, at least not to me, and I am a first time buyer from their store. They are extremely pleasant to work with and I will continue to purchase from them for any IWC I plan to get in the future. Thanks Ashley and Team!!!
