  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve always had an excellent experience at the Audemars Piguet boutique. The watches are truly exceptional, and you can immediately appreciate the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and history behind the brand. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about watches. They take the time to explain the different models and movements without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. For anyone who appreciates fine watchmaking, Audemars Piguet is in a league of its own. Beautiful watches, outstanding service, and a first-class experience. Five stars!

  Stopped by today to look at some watches for my husband. The sales rep helping us was Allie, she started off nice but as we began to ask more questions about the brand and different watches she became arrogant. We were very interested in a chronograph but then came the insult, she pointed at my sons watch and said we are not Rolex we don’t sell $10,000 watches we sell $40,000 watches just so you know. Keep in mind my sons is 21 wearing a Rolex which is pretty significant and for her to point at his watch we felt it was an insult. She was basically saying don’t waste my time if you can’t pay for it.

  I had a wonderful experience for my first visit at the store. I felt very welcomed and every staff in the store is very friendly, especially my advisor. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. My advisor spent a decent time chatting with us about watches and discussing our interest. She also introduced us AP history and its collection in details and let us tried on different models like royal oak, royal oak offshore and explain to us the craftsmanship of each watch. Once I tried RO and ROO on, I immediately know these are THE watch. I have to collect them all! 😍 I look forward to my next appointment and my long term relationship with AP and my advisor. Can’t wait to go back again 🥰 Definitely recommend set up an appointment before you go visit this store!

  The old boutique manager Stephanie made this place an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. She allegedly held all of the best pieces in the back for her OWN CLIENTS which she was being compensated for on the back end. She likely made MILLIONS selling to grey dealers, flippers and others who PAID HER on the back end. Real watch collectors never had a chance in this location under her rule. Law Enforcement was also involved in the investigation from what I heard. She has been FIRED from what locals are saying. I hope they hold people accountable if true because people like this RUIN watch collecting for true enthusiasts. I also hope AP looks back and takes care of REAL clients. It’s a great brand but bad apples can have long term bad impact on companies.
