    I feel compelled to formally express my profound disappointment and indignation regarding the treatment I encountered during my visit to the Yves Saint Laurent boutique in Oslo on February 7, 2025. As a discerning client, I had arranged a private appointment well in advance with a Client Advisor whose professionalism I hold in the highest regard. Having traveled a considerable distance to visit the boutique, I anticipated a shopping experience befitting the esteemed heritage of the House of YSL. My intention was to select a piece of exceptional refinement in celebration of my upcoming birthday—an occasion that should have been marked by elegance and pleasure. At the outset, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. The Client Advisor provided impeccable service, cultivating an atmosphere of exclusivity and sophistication, precisely as one would expect from a maison of such prestige. I discovered several pieces that genuinely captured my interest, and the experience unfolded with the grace and finesse appropriate to such an establishment. However, the course of events took an abrupt and thoroughly unbefitting turn. The store manager, displaying an astonishing lack of professionalism and courtesy, interrupted my consultation in a manner both abrupt and discourteous, insisting—without justification—that my Client Advisor was immediately required elsewhere. This took place despite another advisor being present yet seemingly preoccupied with her phone. The shift in atmosphere was palpable, leaving me with the distinct impression that I was no longer welcome. With no alternative but to remove myself from the situation, I departed the boutique with a sense of unease, acutely aware of an internal discord within the team—one that, most regrettably, was allowed to spill over onto clientele. Such conduct, particularly from a representative of the management, is not merely inappropriate but entirely inconsistent with the standards expected of an institution of YSL’s standing. This incident not only casts a shadow over this particular boutique but also raises questions regarding the broader adherence to the principles of excellence that YSL has long embodied. An occurrence of this nature necessitates both clarification and decisive action to ensure that no other client is subjected to a similarly disconcerting experience. Sincerely, Natalia Norvik

    Gave initially 1 star, due to really poor service on phone, but changed to 5 stars due to service I got when I went to shop in person. Could not have been more helpful and friendly

    Jeg har aldri opplevd slik en fantastisk kundeservice - noensinne! Jeg hadde kjøpt en vare i Milano, og dessverre kjøpt en feil størrelse. Da jeg kom hjem til Norge tok jeg kontakt med butikken i Oslo via telefon, da jeg selv bor mange timer unna og ikke hadde anledning til å møte opp fysisk. Jeg hadde ingen forventninger, men ønsket likevel å prøve. En fantastisk medarbeider har fulgt meg opp fra start til slutt med oppdateringer, og sendt avgående en ny vare til meg i posten. Den er nå mottatt, og jeg er helt forelsket igjen! Tusen takk til Patricia👏🏻❤️

    This is the worst luxury brand one can shop at in Oslo ,very poor customer service .I delivered back shoes that got damages after using them once .It has now been over 20 weeks ,no one bothers to reply my emails .Shut down the shop if you can’t deliver !

    Ønsket å kjøpe veske, men opplevde utrolig dårlig service. Synd det ikke ble noe kjøp av så fin veske pga personalet. Personalet er veldig lite serviceorienterte. Var ingen kunder i butikk kun 3 ansatte, hvorav 2 stod og pratet med hverandre da vi gikk inn butikken. Hun tredje ansatte kommer så vidt nærme for å hjelpe, og 2 andre som står fortsatt og prater med hverandre helt uinteresserte i hva som skjer rundt dem. Fikk ingen hjelp eller veiledning. Virket som at hun ikke visste hva hun skal si eller gjøre. Jeg bestemte meg raskt for å ikke handle der. Takk for den julehandelen!
