  I went into the store to try on a few different handbags yesterday. I was helped by Diana initially, she was very patient, customer focused and friendly. I later returned to the store to have another look and try out a few accessories for the bag I have my eyes on and was helped by Jiten who provided even more additional information and yet again was so friendly and helpful. This is the kind of experience that makes me want to buy something from a brand. Thank you so much, 10/10 customer service!

  My husband and I often go to Hermès, Chanel, Gucci and Celine but the best service I’ve received at Selfridges is at Fendi. Today, I engaged with 4 team sales associates as my adult daughter tried on shoes, including the new manager. Everyone was delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The service was excellent. Incredibly impressive, bravo!

  I was after a vest I quite liked on someone before, so I went in to check if they had it. Just to figure out it was made of 100% polyester... Hell to the no, I'm not paying close to 2K for cheap polyester. Disappointing really.
