  My friend and I were in London a few weeks ago and went into Fendi at this location. We were both greeted warmly and we were able to browse with ease. Then we were helped by Shao and Sandeep. They were both wonderful and we had the best time. We were offered drinks, chatted like friends. My friend and I both bought a bag. Love my blue hagfish mama baguette!! Can’t wait to visit again.

  I went in to store to get a wallet to match a bag I had purchased and was told by a member of staff that the would get it on for me for the next day I said I was not available till the following Sunday and would come to get it then They took my number and said they would contact me me when it arrived. They did not contact me so I contacted them and was told it never arrived and there was one in Harrods which is available. Did they even request that it should be sent over? It would have been better just to say they had forgotten to get it A total waste of my time.

  Never buy shoes from Fendi. The quality is poor, it's not a specialised company to make a proper shoes, so hard of the leather they used. I can't wear them, my feet were damaged, they are deformation and blistered as soon as I wear them. Their customer service is poor as well. They don't provide exchange or refund service you once you worn the shoes. £830 is wasted. DON'T BUY!!!
