    Excellent experience visiting AP house In London. Beautiful boutique and excellent service. We met Fu, who was very polite and helpful, answered all our questions with a great wealth of knowledge. Very much recommend AP house in London.

    Horrible customer service for existing clients. To avoid at all costs, this does not have the standard of global AP boutiques.

    Utterly abysmal, avoid. Rude condescending staff. Why the staff who are basically shop assistants feel the need to be so rude is beyond me. The security two door system i totally get. But at least make it work. Its comical how utterly useless it is. I love AP and have bought 3, but this just makes me sad for the brand, and its customers.

    Thank you Leanne for a phenomenal experience over my past two visits to AP. Engaging, informative and professional from the outset. Nothing is too much trouble, the willingness to help and provide vital knowledge of the brand & collection was first class. Leanne also has a close connection with the staff there. Those staff are on hand to provide excellent service to the customer through this connection. Whether that be security or the hospitality staff. So thank you.

    Met and corresponded with two managers at this point, made complaints, and all management want to do is drag you up to town to waste more of my Time and to discuss again over and over a watch i am registered for, i have been told by management only one coloured watch is available per year and will only go to one customer (who is probably a reseller) , the phones do not answer in the first place hence why i had to go to site in order to make a complaint initially, after a long haul with persistently being ignored i am now at the point where i do not even want my existing AP watch, i feel like making a YouTube video crushing it to pieces to show other watch enthusiasts how bad it really is with this brand, AP were my absolute favourite and unfortunately due to the lack of customer care i am now way out of love, on the other hand the hand i feel so irritated, they ignore your feeling of safety after i explained i do not wish to travel into London to speak about watches, my registrations should have been taken seriously at the first instance and not ignored, my registrations was a massive waste of time, wish list a massive waste of time, after complaining originally i was in touch with a manager, after a whole year of being totally ignored i got in touch again with head office, only for another manager called fu to call me and discuss my complaint only to ask me to come into ap house again and meet and re start our relationship, this is a travesty. As an existing AP customer i am honestly disgusted, i have spent upwards of a million pounds on luxury watches with other brands and outlets throughout the city and never have I had such a poor experience. I have endeavoured to create an ap book collection of ad only and limited edition books and original adverts from some time ago, all of which i will now also get rid of because as far as i am concerned i will not follow a brand with a distinct moral compass which is only to to go against the avid watch buyer and goes more towards the avid watch seller !
