  Never coming back to this place. Employees were rude even though I was wearing an AP I didn’t even talk to anyone or did anything first minute of walking in got targeted and bullied by the employees. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. Sad that this happened as I have a few watches from them myself. Had to give one star if I could I would give non

  Amazing experience with Olivia at AP. I really enjoyed my purchase, but even before that, I always enjoyed speaking with her and saying hi every time I visited. She made buying my first AP watch a truly special and memorable experience. Thank you again for the amazing service.

  If only all staff were this good at customer service. I visited Audemars Piguet for a repair I was met by Andrianos who was polite professional and very easy to talk to. The repair was completed within the set time frame at the price agreed. Ash took over the communication during the repair process. She was a joy to talk too and kept me up to date throughout. They are both a credit to the company and to the reputation of Audemars Piguet and Harrods Thanks xx

  Very unprofessional. There are much nicer places to buy this beautiful watch. You walk in the Chinese lady was constantly distracted. I did not seem to have her attention. It felt like dealing with a low level market stall seller . Not professional enough for this top brand. The Jaeger le coultre and vacheron sales people make you welcome and are in a different league. If you want to buy an audemars go somewhere special for this special watch
