  I had an amazing experience here thanks to Franco! I was having a hard time deciding between so many lovely pieces, but Franco was incredible. He really has an eye for what suits you. He gave me a detailed explanation for his recommendations, and I absolutely loved his reasoning behind why certain pieces suited me more. I’m so happy with my final choices and I couldn't have done it without his expert assistance.

  I was shopping for a ring for my wife and only had a vague idea as to style/size etc. I had the good fortune to meet Barbora, who made the process so enjoyable. Her knowledge, her assistance, her understanding of what I was trying to achieve, her patience was all incredible. As the ring was a surprise we returned a week later to check the size and style, and once again Barbora took all the time in the world and eventually we found "The Ring". Through the entire process, Barbora made the event all so much better and enjoyable. Thank you Barbora for a truly wonderful experience.

  First time shopping at Bvlgari in Yorkdale. Jack was professional and patient, showing us the different collections and helping us try on different sizes. I recommend asking for his assistance if he’s available. Will be coming back for a necklace soon.
