  I stopped by the downtown store today just to browse, but ended up having a wonderful experience thanks to Courtenay. The store had five-flower bracelets in red, white, and grey, which was such a nice surprise. Courtenay was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and we had a really pleasant conversation. She has a great sense of what suits each customer — with her suggestion, I tried on the white five-flower bracelet, and it turned out to be a perfect match for me. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, never pushy at all. I’d highly recommend asking for Courtenay if you visit — she truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable 😊

  Wendy is very patient, detail-oriented, and professional. The earrings I bought earlier felt tight at first, but with her advice and adjustments, they are now very comfortable to wear. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her!
