  The UPS Store on Hester in Chinatown was incredibly busy in the late afternoon on 10/5/26 and a woman that works there named Diamond stayed patient and kind with everyone, including me! She handled very complex series of emails, downloads, copies, and scans for me while simultaneously waiting on a long line of other customers with her equally talented coworker. Neither even had a chance to take a 3 second break and they stayed very upbeat and positive the whole time I was there. They are both outstanding employees who work so well together and treat their customers with a lot of care. If they worked with me I’d give them both raises and promote them. Very impressed and I’ll definitely be back to this location!

  I walked in today and the staff refused to greet me as they did the Caucasian man who walked in after. I expected the conscious bias, but I greeted the large Asian woman anyway and asked for assistance to which she and her colleague refused to help. So I asked for the customer service number politely left the store.

  Fantastic service here by Jin and Lasha. Great notary service and very friendly staff. Please go to this UPS store if you’re in lower Manhattan. They give top notch service here. Bring cash for notary services. I will be coming back to this location for sure. Thank you.

  The notary service is efficient. But she mislead us about her qualifications. I asked specifically if she's qualified for New York County so we could go to New York City Hall to get her credentials notarized. She said yes. When I pointed out her stamp marks Kings County, she said there were never have anyone complain about not being able to get notarized of her signature in New York County. What a lie. We went to New York County office in Manhattan City Hall area. The New York County can't certify her credentials. We have to go to Kings County to get notary then coming back Manhattan, New York State office to get our apostille. What a waste of time! Please be upfront about what your notery public is qualified for.
