This morning I visited UPS Store #0793, a location I have used many times in the past. I often have packages sent there when a signature is required or during bad weather, since I live on a steep hill.
Today I met the new owner for the first time, and unfortunately the experience was extremely upsetting. He spoke to me very rudely and humiliated me in front of other customers, accusing me of having packages shipped to his store "for free" and complaining that he had been holding them for four days.
All of my packages were sent through UPS Access Point services and required a signature for pickup. Despite this, the owner continued yelling at me publicly.
As a result, I have notified my vendor to ensure no future packages are delivered to this location, and I have also filed formal complaints with both UPS Corporate and my vendor.
On a positive note, I do want to mention that most of the employees at this location have always been kind, professional, and helpful.
