  This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with several really nice restaurants nearby, and there's plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the breakfast. Like many hotels, they seem to have scaled back from the hot breakfast options they used to offer and now lean more toward a continental-style breakfast. It was fine, but not quite as good as I remember from previous stays. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Casper.

  Our stay was about what we expected for this type of hotel. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was above average and offered a good variety of options. A few areas could be improved. The towels were lower quality than expected, and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided in the room were not sufficient for a family of three. Despite these minor issues, the hotel provided a satisfactory stay overall and met our expectations.

  Welcoming....clean...comfortable rooms with plenty of towels....Great location...plenty of parking...and a great selection at breakfast...

  The only reason I gave this a four overall was because of the breakfast. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice. Unfortunately the breakfast gave a lot to be desired. We stayed at this hotel twice on our trip. This morning at 9:00 when breakfast service is over at 10:00 there were no pastries and the coffee pot was broken. The lady working the breakfast area was quite sarcastic. They were out of a lot of things.

  This was the best hotel I stayed at for the price hands down during my trip. The staff was great, the breakfast bar had omelettes and everything else you could expect. The room felt classy. Dog surcharge is $25 but worth it to stay here.
