  Larry was wonderful! We came in with a trailer and needed space for parking on a sold out night. He hooked us up with a corner spot and allowed us to back it in and leave the trailer there. Shout out to him for being so nice.

  I help homeowners who have house fires to no fault of their own. It’s a sensitive time where compassion and help is needed most. Katelyn is a rock star. She took my call and helped figure out the best staying arrangements for my homeowner. Dani and Katelyn make a great team. Customer service and professionalism are great, even better humans!   Our experience at this hotel was satisfactory. Kaitlyn is out favorite by far and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She is a blessing to the brand and location always has a good spirit, professionalism and great attitude. We will absolutely be back again, thank you to Kaitlyn and her staff team for the wonderful stays.

  The location for this place was quite a cool one. Only a few minutes of walking to the nearby mall and even less for a gas station to get snacks if you don’t want the ones in the hotel. Speaking of which, the staff was quite kind and open with helping out. The room itself was a decent set up for the cost. However, the bed frame on one of the beds was off and made the bed lopsided. Also the chair in the room was heavily worn down and needed reupholstered. That said, the stay wasn’t bad even with those hiccups. With it near a gas station and along the bus line too, it is a connivence spot for those not wanting to deal with downtown.

  The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and do a great job, considering the woeful shortage of staff: Only one person at the front desk, during busy hours. When that person must inevitably step away for a short bathroom visit, the desk is left unattended. Only one person handling the breakfast service, during a holiday weekend, with a constant influx of customers. The advertised van service is not much of a service at all. The hours of operation keep changing, depending on whom is asked, or the van is not available at all. Shame to the management team who considers these issues acceptable, both for the staff and the customers.
