  Quick over night trip. Front desk staff were friendly and my room was very spacious.. my sleep was very peaceful.

  I love this Hotel, staff is great, rooms are clean. The rooms are very spacious. I will be staying again soon.

  Everything about our stay was fabulous except for two key things especially in 80 degree weather. The ice machine was constantly out of ice and the gym had no working AC which was absolutely miserable!! The staff was amazing, breakfast had all the options, the rooms were well cleaned, and it is a newer hotel so everything was up to date.

  The management at this location was extremely disappointing. I requested a printed receipt, but staff refused, stating that because I booked through Expedia, they were unable to provide one and that I would need to use the email receipt instead. I explained that this was a business trip and that I required a physical copy for my records, yet they still refused to assist me. I then asked for the corporate contact number so I could report the unsatisfactory service. The general manager responded that he was the manager. I clarified that I was requesting the corporate office contact information, and he claimed that all locations are privately owned. While I understand that franchises may be privately operated, there is still a corporate office that establishes operational standards. Refusing to provide a simple printed receipt and declining to share corporate contact information is highly unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. Overall, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory.
