  I stay here frequently for work. My last visit They gave someone else a key to my room (always use the additional locks available). A few visits ago I had an ant infestation on the desk area.

  So much wow! Heading to Spokane from the Oregon coast not really planning on staying in Sunnyside, Washington, but that’s where we decided enough is enough. Saw The Best Western from a good distance standing out in the hills. Such a gorgeous setting with a vineyard on its Westward Side with beautiful sunset as its backdrop. Found that there was a nice little cul-de-sac for a semi truck and our 42 foot fifth wheel to pull up in. We were greeted by a lovely lady, Aleah, she was all smiles. We just asked for a single bed something simple to spend the night in. When she told us that they had a king bed available for $124 we were in shock. As we just left Eugene, Oregon staying at the best Western there for a single queen for $199 a night. That was a great Best Western as well, but nowhere near the quality or convenience that this one offered. Arriving in our room, we were beside ourselves at the elegance and the size of the room having the king bed and a Murphy bed with a couch in front of it. A very large TV and it was only $40 for our pet fee. The lawn area that buttoned up to the vineyard had very thick, lush grass. Plenty of yard for our dog to get some much needed exercise. Breakfast was unbelievable. They had a made-to-order chef that prepared our omelettes right there on the spot. Very clean, very warm. Very nice decorations. Everyone was all smiles and courteous. It was something that we wouldn’t have expected out in the middle of a farm belt of South Central Washington! We got the best night sleep in a long time and we’ve been on the road for the last two months here and there. The pool and hot tub were so clean! Didn’t have that chemically Clorox type of smell. Even had a stack of towels waiting for us. Would 100% recommend this hotel. 10/10.

  Pros: -Good value -Well maintained and clean property -Friendly staff -Spacious room -Large mini fridge -Four comfortable pillows per bed -Strong water pressure/usable showerhead Cons: -No luggage carts available -Confusing and outdated entertainment system on the TV -Limited parking/hotel hosting events that take parking away from guests -No information given about WiFi/no apparent WiFi available I stayed here because all of the hotels in the Tri-Cities area were horribly overpriced. This Best Western Plus offers a surprisingly good value with a room that was more spacious and comfortable than I expected along with a beautiful view. There is a Denny's and a convenience store nearby both of which I took advantage of. I am beyond sick and tired of hotels that refuse to buy enough luggage carts to have them available for their guests, and also refuse to enforce any kind of policy that holds guests responsible for returning the carts in a timely manner. Suggestion: If you want a cart you provide a $50 deposit (charged to your room) and if the cart is not returned in 30 minutes you lose the deposit. I should not have to make 8 trips back and forth at check-in AND check-out to shuttle my belongings from a full-size SUV packed for a 3 week roadtrip (everyone knows not to leave a single item in their vehicle overnight). The TV's built-in entertainment system was frustrating to navigate and outdated. I expect easy access to Netflix/Tubi/Prime Video in 2026. I was not given any info about WiFi and I could not find a WiFi signal. Parking is very limited and even more so when the hotel is hosting a party on their back lawn. If management would address some of the issues mentioned above this could be a 5 star Best Western Plus, it certainly has the potential.

  Great Service. Great place. Kind people, and the Breakfast was Super good. They gave me a big room with a sitting area to watch TV. It was close to Prosser where I was working. Over all grade. A+ :)

  Beautiful hotel. Room is good. Staff nice and welcoming. Gym and hot tub ok.
