  The rooms are old and mine smelled really bad but the worst part of my stay was the customer service. I had a late night check in and I asked for a 11 am shuttle to the airport, I showed up at 1045 stood out front the driver saw me pulled up went inside came back out and left me standing there! I went back in and told them what happened and was told he was on his way back in 7 minutes. He showed up at 1120 when I asked him about it he stated I saw you but I was told no one going to the airport, I said " but I was standing right there waiting and you saw me, couldn't you have asked me?" He said NOPE! I only go by the list! So I had to wait for the 1130 shuttle which made me late! Really bad customer service and a really bad attitude towards the customer from the shuttle driver! I spoke with other guests in the lobby who also shared their complaints about this hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS considering what they charge you to stay here! Yuck!

  Security problem was encountered as the front desk issued keys to my room to another person who tried entering while I was in the shower! If I hadn’t engaged the security latch, they would have been able to enter the room! The manager called to confirm I was in there and blamed a new person for not completing my check in process but I blame management for poor training and oversight. No compensation or anything was offered. I will say that the shuttle driver was great!

  I spent a week here on a work trip. Like a lot of reviews, the rooms were a bit dated. That wasn’t a bother for me. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. Shout out to Mesa and Simon for going above and beyond. When I arrived I had some free time. Asked the desk for some info. Mesa not only gave me great ideas but went and printed out directions and suggestions for me. Absolute all star. I had issues with drains being a little slow and the AC not working. Simon waited for another person to come to the desk and got me sorted in about 15 minutes. Wasn’t his job, but maintenance wasn’t there so he def went above and beyond. The only complaints are: location (outside) seemed like it could be a little shady after dark. Not their fault. Also the hot tub wasn’t working. Little bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

  Stayed 6/4/26. Hot tub was broken, jets did not work and water was not hot. The pool was warmer than the water in the tub. Went back to room to take a hot shower, water ran through hot and cold phases until it simply turned cold. Extra star is for the hot breakfast, they had sausage, eggs, hash, pancakes, oatmeal, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, oranges, and apples.

  The Best Western Airport Hotel in Seattle was great! The rooms were large and clean, the air conditioner worked great, and they stored my luggage until my room was available. It overall was a pretty good deal! I did think there was a shuttle to the light rail but when given directions they were walking directions. It's a little bit of a hill so it felt like a pretty good walk even though it was only about half a mile. But still, being only half a mile away was really helpful! I do wish they had had bananas for breakfast, I had thought that was standard, but otherwise it was a fair spread for Continental breakfast! It had a neat orange guava juice which was a welcome change of pace. One of the kitchen staff went out of her way to get chocolate syrup for my son so I could make him chocolate milk. THANK YOU! Also, please please please tell future guests that they need to book the airplane shuttle time! I had no idea. Luckily, the driver was phenomenal and offer a few different options. Ultimately, he ended up swapping the 7 seat shuttle for a larger shuttle so we could make it to the airport on time. So helpful. He also maintained a really positive interaction even when other shuttle riders were openly frustrated. THANK YOU. Overall, I would return. Not a bad price at all for Memorial Day weekend and good customer service when it counted!
