  Pepper Tree Inns customer service is absolute garbage. Tried to call the front desk and they send you to a text message system, where no one attempted to get back to me about cancelling my reservation. Front desk staff was powerless to help in any meaningful way. They instead referred me to an email line (apparently talking to a human being isn't their forte) where despite all the evidence I provided them they still are charging me for the full duration of my stay. Any other hotel chain Ive dealt with has honored a cancellation the day before. This place clearly does not care about it's customers or honor it's policies. Also they don't provide room service unless you ask for it. No sympathy for first responders who are getting moved around at a moments notice for emergency response. Souless organization.

  This establishment has no respectful service for first responders . Our entire group needed to check out 3 nights early to attend another wildfire . They repeatedly tried to charge us for 3 extra nights and did indeed charge us. The staff was not helpful and just handed us a postcard when trying to speak to managers and get names . I do not recommended staying here especially if you are a first responder with a unpredictable schedule. Our credit cards were mixed up numerous times and people were billed multiple times for different rooms .

  Michael was very attentive at breakfast and took the time to the greet people and make them smile. Very friendly staff overall!

  I booked six Best Western room nights at six hotels for a summer motorcycle trip with some friends. Due to wild fires, we were only able to make the first night, and the rest had to be cancelled due to very unhealthy levels of smoke at all of our destinations (above 2x what would be considered unhealthy). Every single hotel was accommodating to this request except the BW Peppertree in Omak. Additionally, I called them a few months after booking and asked to add one room to my reservation. Instead of adding one room, they made a new duplicate reservation and added one room to that, so I went from two rooms to five rooms.

  Alan, Luis, and Michael made me feel welcome with great service and kind hearts. They all went out of their way to make me happy! Andy also assisted me after my stay with obtaining a corrected folio/invoice expeditiously! They are all very responsive to the cool texting feature the hotel utilizes for guests to communicate with staff. Thank you for a great stay!
