I stay with best Western once a week when I work out of town late. Usually satisfied. Also not one to leave bad reviews. I warn you all don't waste your money here. Parking is to small for trucks or large suvs. Hot tub does not work. Then breakfast, while waiting for my sons waffle to cook, the cook came up to me and asked for my room number. His name was James. I don't know my room number, it was after midnight when I got here and I went up and to bed. He got angry and insisted it then ask my name. I went to front desk and asked for them to keep him away from me. They took my name and I walked back to the waffle. While walking to the table, he said so the whole dining room could hear, " if you don't like it you need to check out." I went back to front desk to get help to stop his harassment. The receptionist said she was new, I asked for manager, she pointed next to her. The lady next to her rolled her eyes and ignored my request and turned away. I have never been treated like this after spending $200. Save your money!
Terrible Smelly Dirty Gross Room!!!! I normally love Best Western, it's the place I prefer to stay on vacation. I love being a Best Western rewards member. HOWEVER, this location was the WORST Best Western I have ever stayed in. I truly don't understand how they have the 4.1 star review rating on Google. The lady at the counter that booked my stay over the phone- she was amazing, as was the one who checked us in.... they provided wonderful customer service. That's where it ends. Upon arriving to the 4th floor and opening the door to our room 412, we were greeted by a HORRENDOUS smell. No joke, it smelled like I had shoved my face into a man's armpit that hadn't showered in quite some time. And to cover the stinch- he had smothered himself in cheap strong smelling cologne. My husband immediately told me we should ask for another room. Which I severely regretted not doing later.... I assumed that the room just needed to air out. I have never ever had a hotel room stink before in all our years of travel! So we left the room window fully open, turned on the room air conditioning fan and we also turned on the bathroom fan to suck in fresh air and we left the room for the evening hoping and assuming it would be better when we got back. We returned later that night and it still smelled horrid!!! I was soooo disappointed! I even got a headache but my husband felt it was too late for us to say anything to the front desk as we had already paid for our entire stay at check-in and had been "checked in" to our room for a couple/few hours etc.... Our room continued to smell terrible for the entire length of our stay even with the window open and fan on, and unfortunately the bathroom fan didn't work well either. It barely moved any air not helping the situation much.... This was such a bummer as I was really looking forward to our stay. In addition to the stench, the mini refrigerator didn't work very well, it barely kept our food items even remotely cool... There was no freezer and no way to adjust the fridge colder. It also surprised me that our top comforter on our bed had 2 coin sized holes that were frayed on top. The bathroom faucet was very worn and didn't work well, it was grinding and rusted out and tough to turn on and off. The next day when my husband closed the bathroom door he saw there were multiple yellowish brown smudges inside on the bathroom wall. My husband thought someone had wiped their excrement. The hotel keeps all the windows open in the staircases and as much as I appreciated fresh air in the hallways it made me question why they had to keep them open all the time. As though they are aware of the air quality and smells in the hotel. Their hot tub was also broken. The outdoor pool was not clean and had dirt all over in the bottom of it. And it appeared that they were having homeless people either staying there inside the hotel or they were allowing them to come down into the room hallways to get food out of the snack/drink dispensers. The fitness center had some nice equipment but smelled very strange as well, again I had to open the window for fresh air. The breakfast was okay. But not awesome like most Best Westerns. There was not one good healthy option, not even a boiled egg or banana. Just some oranges that were such poor quality they looked yellowish green like lemons. Quite honestly just adding to all the major disappointments during our stay.
I have never had this poor of a situation at any Best Western we have stayed in... I am surprised Best Western allows this hotel to carry their name quite frankly. I really hope this saves someone else from having to stay here and having the same issues we did.... I will be finding a different Best Western to stay at next time we are in the Lynnwood area........

Disappointed! Stayed here for 3 nights, the entire building smelled “old” as soon as we entered, very outdated, they only “renovated” outside walls.
Breakfast was horrible, scrambled eggs had runny water, everything was bad.
Second and third day of stay, they were serving by cold bagels for breakfast- their washing machine broke down apparently.
Noise level is very high.
DONT COME HERE!!!

07/19/2026: We stayed here for 6 days. Very conveniently located to shopping, freeway, light rail.
Property is dated and needs to be updated. Carpet is very worn. We tried to do laundry but the light and the air vent weren't working. I checked for 2 days and also let the staff know. They apologized but didn't seem to concerned about fixing it soon. One of the glass doors in the shower came off the rails just as I was about to get in. Caught it in time before it fell. Let the front desk know upon check out unfortunately they didn't seem fazed by it at all. Just an okay thank you. That was a bit disheartening.
Room was comfortable enough. Beds and pillows were good. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Carpet in the room was sticky and stained in some spots. Highly recommend using slippers.
Service is okay depending who you get at the counter. You may find yourself standing at the front desk for some time before being acknowledged. Some people are really friendly and helpful others not so much. It's a pretty busy location. Breakfast is decent. Pretty good selection of hot food and continental. The menu does rotate.
Overall good stay and as expected. Lots of parking as well.

We had an excellent stay at this property After staying at several hotels during our road trip, this property really stood out for all the right reasons.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked exactly as expected. The common areas were clean, the property felt safe and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was well organized, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day.
We were traveling as a family with our dog, and this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stop during our journey. It truly lived up to the Best Western Plus standard.
We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.
